"A special selection of 100% Chardonnay grapes that come mostly from the Cote d’Or. A great introduction to the premium white grape variety of Burgundy, this blanc presents its fruity palate with an elegant refinement. A wine for pleasure to be savoured amongst friends from the aperitif onward.

Located in Beaune, the heart of the Côte d’Or. Owner and winemaker, Arnaud Baillot, now presents his third vintage of limited edition Burgundy crus.

Passionate about the diversity of wines the Burgundy region has to offer, Arnaud has teamed up with his wife Laure (grandaughter of Domaine Hudelot-Noellat in Chambolle-Musigny) to produce a spectacular range of villages and crus Burgundy wines. Arnaud has been hands-on all along the way, selecting the origin of the grapes, overviewing the winemaking process, choosing the type of barrels and ageing time for each individual wine." - Wine House
