The M le Mauzac Reserve is a Blanquette de Limoux. To be named as Blanquette, it must honour the local Mauzac grape and be made in the traditional method. Dry and less acidic than Champagne, it is a light, rounded and fine-moussed wine with an unexpected depth which pulls you right in.
