"Fleurie is a Cru noted for its floral character. With many Fleuries 100% destemmed and fermented in a Burgundian-style, Anne-Sophie makes this Les Cocottes with 100% whole cluster and using carbonic maceration. It is released early after the vintage and intended to be fruit driven and drunk young. This style celebrates the overt fruitiness of her quality Gamay fruit, which leads to fresh, fruit-forward, and drinkable wine.

This is a handcrafted, boutique wine through and through. Her Les Cocottes wine label is self-drawn, and the wine inside is loaded with flavors of tart cherries, pomegranate, and white pepper." - Wine House
