"100% Cabernet Franc. Fruity nose is dominant, with aromas of strawberries and raspberries in particular. On the palate, the wine is dry but delicate, with these fruity aromas and surprises with its subtlety and finesse. Fine, supple bubbles.
Hand harvested, followed by a slow and gentle pression for full extraction of first juices only, with no final press juices. The wine undergoes a second fermentation "methode traditionelle" and is aged for 18-24 months." - Domaine Guy Allion
