"With Bloss we aim to produce a soft, easy-drinking style with a little sweetness. Full of ripe melon and citrus flavours with a hint of honey and a lovely aromatic nose, it has sweet fruit balanced by a crisp, zesty finish.

‘Bloss’ a nickname our father Peter called us when we were behaving nicely. This is a very versatile wine which can fit almost anywhere in the menu. It is great wine for drinking as an aperitif, or with an antipasto platter. It also works well with lightly spiced Asian inspired dishes.
