"Within this region 2017 has been distinguished as one of excellant health and heat. Therefore the wines of this vintage are identified as having more volume due to its warmth and great freshness. A vintage to enjoy young, or to save for a few years.

The grapes used for Albamar grow on sandy soils situated close to the Ría de Arousa. The vineyards, which are over 25 years old, are situated in O Salnés. At the winery, the bunches for Albamar are pressed and, after a short rest, undergo a phase of debourbage. The must for Albamar then undergoes alcoholic and spontaneous fermentation at controlled temperatures. Finally, the wine is left to age on its dissolved fine lees for 6 months. The result: a white wine filled with a gorgeous sparkle and freshness."
