“Polish Hill (River) to Watervale. Invariably a tale of restraint versus generosity.

Baby oil, vanilla, lemon/lime, tight acidity, fine chalk dust texture, a dunk of fresh lime in gin and tonic, good finish, though not quite leaping from cleft to cleft, as per the old gazelle. Nevertheless, love the style and vigour of this wine. It feels very at ease with itself.”
