"Serious grenache from serious but fun-loving Adelina. Concrete fermented, matured in old wood. Beautiful, light garnet colour all shimmering and pretty. Just shy of medium weight, a sheath of firm but silky tannins, cherry juice, pomegranate, rose hip tea the baselines. Light spice elements, dry and savoury, exceptional structure through this wine, you feel all the ribs of grip and pucker, a skeleton draped in Something Special Grenache. Tannins of great nebbiolo, let’s say. Tightly wound, don’t expect flourishes, this is complex and wonderful stuff here." - Wine Front
