First produced in 1963 from Semillon grapes grown on our Short Flat vineyard, Vat 1 is fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks and then quietly spends a few years ‘resting’in bottles.Released after 5 years of bottle age, Vat 1 is a classic example of aged Hunter Semillon.
