"The vineyards of Patti Piccolo are similar to an amphitheater, providing an enclosed microclimate that is aerated by the winds from the sea, warm in the daytime and cool at night. ‘Il Manto’ is a great wine to if you love Sicilian wines of interesting character, from a cooler area of the island.
This Nero d'Avola tastes of plush raspberry, ripe pomegranate and dark cherry, with touches of pepper and baking spice. The mid-palate is balanced with velvety tannins on the finish."
