[SOLD-OUT] Pibarnon Les Restanques Bandol 2015

 

"Taking its name from the terraces cut into the Colline du Télégraphe hillsides, Restanques is the first level rouge of the Domaine, a supple, spice-rich Bandol made from the Estate's younger-vine Mourvèdre (70%) and Grenache (30%). The idea here is that the higher levels of Grenache and the youth of the vines produce a lifted, more perfumed, earlier-drinking and more open-knit wine.

It's a seductive brew of layered red berry and plummy fruit, with salted meat, garrigue and liquorice complexity. It all comes together in an engaging, balanced and highly drinkable package." - Bibendum
