70% barrel fermented Sauvignon Blanc adding depth and complexity to this aromatic variety.
A great example of a barrel fermented Sauvignon Blanc. Fruit is from a single vineyard site in Adelaide Hills. After picking/ pressing 70% is fermented with wild yeast in barrel. This creates a great depth of flavour and texture, as well as eliminating some of that greener character.
