Typical aromatic style winemaking techniques were used such as a cool fermentation in stainless steel, with the addition of whole bunch pressing to keep phenolics under control. This Arneis is slightly fuller in flavour than previous efforts and the key elements are all there - unique aromas and flavours of pears, peaches, mineral and flint. Arneis really comes into its own when enjoyed with food, particularly with a light seafood dish such as squid of white bait.
