STYLE: Crystal clear.

NOSE: Juniper led fresh, leafy nose with fragrant coriander and cardamom, peppery grains of paradise and citrusy aromas.

PALATE: Clear and led by juniper and coriander with zesty citrus and mild spice.

FINISH: Rich old-fashioned liquorice becomes evident and coats the tongue to the end of the finish.

 

1-week maceration of high quality juniper berries and spices.

Single distillation in batches of 200 litres.

Distilled in a Stupfler still, a limited production of custom made alambic copper still made in France. The Stupfler stills are said to be the “Rolls Royce’” of the stills are considered the most prestigious still in the world.

 

FAIR Gin is micro-distilled and bottled in the Cognac region of France.
