"L'Arnesque, Bois Sénéchaux, Cabrières (north), Charbonnières, Palestor, Terres Blanches, Tresquoys. pH 3.72, TA 3.9 g/l. 3% Cinsault, 1% Counoise, 80% Grenache, 10% Mourvèdre, 6% Syrah. Partial whole bunch. Vinified in cement tank. Aged for 18 months in 5% demi-muid, 2% new barrels, 3% used barrels and 90% cement. Tasted blind. Dark - heady and sweet on the nose. A bit brûlée and with lots of ripe fruit. An interesting wine with savour. Sappy and appetising. Very smooth-textured. Cool finish."
