It’s delicate. It’s stony. It glides through the mouth, all tang and shell and honeysuckle, the latter as a gentle (not overt) infusion. It breathes and rises nicely as it rests in the glass; it will charm and persuade you with its patient insistence. A cool, elegant white wine. ”
