The aromas are the best expression of an elegant grape with nuances of tropical fruit and citrus with green apple and some mineral hints.Very well balanced wine in the mouth, with a remarkable acidity, but elegant. It is full of personality and flavour. Off dry, nice and fresh with herbaceous and fruity tones, it pairs well with salty cured-cheeses, seafood, simple fish dishes and tangy desserts.
